Grievance & Complaints
How to complain
Users may report misleading or unlawful listings, seller disputes, privacy concerns, intellectual-property complaints, impersonation, fraud indicators, prohibited items or other platform issues. Please provide your name/contact details, listing/shop URL or ID, a clear description, relevant dates and supporting screenshots/documents where available.
Complaint acknowledgement and handling
ShopKhojo will maintain a reasonable complaint-handling process and provide a reference/ticket number where the applicable e-commerce framework requires it. Complaints will be acknowledged and resolved within the timelines required by the law applicable to the complaint. Urgent legal or safety requests may be prioritised.

National Consumer Helpline (Government of India)
If a consumer needs independent consumer-grievance assistance, the National Consumer Helpline (NCH), Department of Consumer Affairs, Government of India, can be contacted at 1915 or 1800-11-4000 (8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, except national holidays). Consumers may also use WhatsApp/SMS at 8800001915 or register through the official NCH portal: consumerhelpline.gov.in. NCH is a Government of India pre-litigation consumer grievance mechanism and is independent of ShopKhojo. Approaching NCH does not remove any other remedy available under applicable law.
