Seller Policy

1. Accurate seller identity

Sellers must provide true, current and complete shop/contact information and promptly update changes. ShopKhojo may request supporting identity, address, licence, registration, tax or authorisation documents where reasonably required.

2. Accurate listings

Descriptions, photographs and other listing content must correspond to the actual goods/services offered. Prices, stock, specifications, origin and material claims must not mislead consumers. Mandatory declarations and consumer information required by applicable law must be displayed where applicable.

3. Consumer obligations

Sellers remain responsible for obligations applicable to their transactions, including lawful pricing, invoicing/tax, product safety, warranties/guarantees, delivery, return/refund/exchange commitments, after-sales obligations and handling consumer complaints.

4. Prohibited practices

No seller may list prohibited or unlawful items, counterfeit/stolen goods, infringing content, misleading advertisements, fake reviews, deceptive discounts, impersonated businesses or requests for confidential payment credentials. Sellers must not discriminate or engage in unfair trade practices prohibited by law.

5. Content rights

Sellers must own or have permission to use uploaded images, logos, trademarks and descriptions and must not infringe third-party intellectual-property or personality rights.

6. Cooperation and enforcement

Sellers must cooperate with legitimate consumer complaints and lawful platform/regulatory requests. ShopKhojo may seek clarification, suspend or remove listings/accounts and preserve or disclose information when required by applicable law or valid legal process.
